In LOLA stores we accept all major credit cards.
Using Greek banks’ issuance cards you may earn monthly interest- free payments depending on the purchased amount.
If the cloth you bought needs any kind of alteration, our sewing department will do it for free, even in the sale period.
Be sure that the result will be perfect as this work is executed very carefully. You can receive your altered cloths after a week from the shop you have bought it or any other LOLA shop you will indicate to our staff.
Returns and Exchanges

You can make changes within a month after the date of purchase, every working day and hour (also in the sale period)!
Please remember to have your receipt with you at the store and to have the item for exchange or return in good condition.
